The cause of the performance issues in Conga Sign has been identified and we are working towards a resolution. All previously impacted transactions should now have processed correctly and documents available for tagging and signing.

The Conga team is continuing to investigate this issue. We have identified that the Conga Sign system is continuing to process documents, but at a reduced speed. While we work to resolve this performance issue, we are also increasing the Conga Sign system capacity to process documents more quickly.

At this time, it appears that all Conga Sign transactions in North America are currently impacted. We are continuing to investigate the cause of this issue.
