Here's the latest update to the status of Conga related products. We also include Salesforce Pod status so that you are aware if an issue exists within your specific Salesforce instance outside of the Conga products and servers.

Note: We have removed the uptime graphs due to inconsistencies in the duration of incidents and the resulting computations and graphs. We are working with the vendor to correct these issues. The graphs and uptime percentages will return when we have verified that they are correct. In the interim all incidents are listed below by date.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an intermittent issue in loading the Conga Sign Preview & Tag page in the North America region. Some customers may see an error stating "An error occurred while processing the document", or the page may seem to load indefinitely. We will provide an update as soon as we have identified the cause of this issue.

Update - We have updated the Conga Trigger setup page to include a button which will authorize the usage of Salesforce Reports as a data source Trigger Solutions. Instructions for using this update can be viewed on our support site here: https://support.conga.com/Conga_Composer/Conga_Workflow/Getting_Started_with_Workflow/Using_Reports_in_a_Conga_Trigger_Solution. Administrators may need to clear browser cache to be able to utilize this functionality.

Identified - The Salesforce Reports method of data retrieval used for Conga Trigger solutions has been impacted by an update to Salesforce Outbound Messages in the Summer ’19 Release. We are actively working with Salesforce to identify and implement a resolution to this issue within Salesforce as well as the Conga Team implementing a solution directly. Conga Trigger solutions using Conga Queries (SOQL) are unaffected by this issue.
