Here's the latest update to the status of Conga related products. We also include Salesforce Pod status so that you are aware if an issue exists within your specific Salesforce instance outside of the Conga products and servers.

Note: We have removed the uptime graphs due to inconsistencies in the duration of incidents and the resulting computations and graphs. We are working with the vendor to correct these issues. The graphs and uptime percentages will return when we have verified that they are correct. In the interim all incidents are listed below by date.

Update - The root cause has been identified. Conga Contracts will be updating EU infrastructure at 4:00 PM MST. The infrastructure updates should only take several minutes but End Users may experience several minutes of downtime.
