About This Site

Here's the latest update to the status of Conga related products. We also include Salesforce Pod status so that you are aware if an issue exists within your specific Salesforce instance outside of the Conga products and servers.

Note: We have removed the uptime graphs due to inconsistencies in the duration of incidents and the resulting computations and graphs. We are working with the vendor to correct these issues. The graphs and uptime percentages will return when we have verified that they are correct. In the interim all incidents are listed below by date.

Resolved - Composer 7 experienced an issue with our SSL certificate which caused disruption to the Composer 7 service. This has been resolved. Composer 8 was unaffected during this time.

Identified - Update - We have identified the issue and are deploying a change to resolve the issue. We will post an update after testing the change.

Investigating - We have received notification of an issue within our system and are currently investigating the problem. We will update the status and affected customers who logged cases with our support team once the problem is solved.
