Identified - During the afternoon of Nov. 14th, 2017 we encountered a bug that was causing system performance issues. Our Operations team is aware and working on resolving the issue in the short term. We are also working with the development team to push out a permanent fix which we are trying to push out the night of Nov. 14th, 2017. We will be investigating the cause of the issue so that we can prevent this issue from happening in the future.
